Flame Maple Green Electric Guitar

This guitar was handbuilt and finished by myself in December 2019. Its loaded with active EMG 81-85 bridge and neck pickups, Gotoh tuners, and Schaller Bridge. The pickup covers, volume and tone knobs were machined by myself from 6061 aluminum. The guitar itself is built with an alder body with flame maple top,  and a 7 piece neck composed of maple, wenge, and purple heart. 14 coats of Varathane were then applied over a green dyed maple top to achieve a "clear" finish. The nut and headstock badge are handmade from brass, then polished to a mirror finish.
